About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Assistant Manager/ Manager with a strong network across FMCG/ F&B sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing channel marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue within assigned channel types.

Basic Salary: RM6000 - RM8000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, implement and manage channel marketing strategy and plan for assigned channel type within assigned sectors.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners within assigned sectors, fostering strong relationships and driving growth strategies.
  • Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI models in collaboration with partners to capitalize on market opportunities. Collaborate with the CEO to formulate innovative business proposals and strategies tailored to the needs of channel partners.
  • Leverage existing network and establish new connections within target sectors to expand business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on channel partner trends and market dynamics to drive marketing excellence across the organization.
  • Present proposals to potential partners and stakeholders, articulating the value proposition and benefits of collaboration.
  • Negotiate and discuss contract terms with clients while communicating with stakeholders.
  • Conduct market surveys to understand other competitors latest services and activities. Maintain accurate tracking mechanisms and analysis, providing actionable insights for management.
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring continuous support on new projects and driving customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience or connections within distributor networks in the FMCG/F&B sectors
  • Extensive network of contacts within target industries, with a demonstrated ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
