Job Summary:

As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in mini marts, supermarket within designated areas (Petaling Jaya).

This is accomplished by working with the Sales Supervisor to deliver excellence in the sales fundamentals (Coverage, Distribution, Visibility, Merchandising & Pricing).

In addition, you must ensure the responsibility of timely payment collection from customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Driving a van selling and execute all authorized products and promotional activities. Ensure products are sold at the approved selling price by the Company.
Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behaviour, attend to customers' inquiries and meet customers' needs.
Maintaining sales and delivery record. Ensure compliance and proper usage of all commercial and sales documents as per commercials requirement.
Enhance cash business and zero bad debts.
Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
Request and draw stocks from Company's Warehouse and be accountable for the stock's movement.
Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.
To perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Qualification:
SPM/Diploma and above.
Valid driving license and a clean driving record. GDL license will be provided by the company.
Exceptional ability in meeting sales targets.
Extensive experience in identifying new customers and negotiating deals.
Ability to assume responsibility for the delivery van and the products.
Working knowledge of basic van maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably working experience in FMCG line.
Language Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
