Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Technology and Nontechnology service/solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their IT and/or staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Ability to establish and nurture new client relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Ability to drive results through remote teams in a fastpaced, matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the direct sales model.
  • Proven track record of consistently holding or exceeding goals using a consultative/solutionselling approach.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our staffing services.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience with understanding of IT solution
  • Proven track record in business development, selling, and negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services and staffing services industry and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
