Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate the Startup and SME market and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the various industry, particularly in HR departments.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, including startups and SMEs, through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Present our health employee engagement solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, ensuring mutual satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to tailor solutions according to the specific requirements of healthcare clients.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 23 years in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
  • Extensive network and connections within the healthcare sector, particularly in HR departments and relevant industry associations.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement solutions, HR practices, and healthcare industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
