- Experience: Experiences in sales and business development in talent solutions such as recruitment, payroll, and manpower services are an advantage.
- Skills: Persistency and proven ability in generating leads/sales/business, effective written and oral communication skills in English, client-focused along with relationship-building skills, business acumen and market insight, effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, integrity, and confidentiality.
