(1) Engineering management, engineering business or related engineering professional education background and relevant work experience;
(2) Rich knowledge reserve, network resources and practical experience in the field of market development and bidding;
(3) More than 5 years of work experience in market development, bidding or related industries;
(4) Familiar with the rules, regulations and characteristics of the infrastructure market, familiar with the bidding process of overseas projects, and have practical experience in relevant aspects;
(5) Fully participate in the marketing/project management of more than 3 overseas projects;
(6) Able to make suggestions on the project implementation mode and the selection of main subcontractors, and organize the review of the construction implementation planning outline;
(7) Able to evaluate and review the overall project plan and conduct ergonomic analysis;
(8) Familiar with national development strategies, able to accurately understand and grasp the direction of national macro policies;
(9) Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, excellent organization and coordination skills, judgment and analysis skills and communication skills;
(10) Can accept long-term overseas work, timely response to customers and team members, can accept overtime

Bachelor Degree in Business,Engineering or equivalent
Min 5 years industry experience
Fluent in Mandarin and English
(1) Collect information on new projects related to buildings and infrastructure, including ports, buildings, roads and Bridges, railways, integrated urban developments or industrial parks, waste-to-energy, water treatment, green electricity and other infrastructure areas.
(2) The whole process of information collection, screening, analysis and evaluation, planning and feasibility study, cooperation establishment, communication, bidding and quotation of Philippine projects;
(3) Study and judge the market situation, formulate business plans, organize and carry out the company's brand publicity and promotion, and establish relevant business networks;
(4) Organize the preparation of professional bidding documents, including bill of quantities, description of work content, technical clarification documents, technical method statements, etc., use professional knowledge for bidding, negotiation, and bid comparison;
(5) Establish the company's quotation database through the summary of bid quotation information and the feedback mechanism of the cost of the project under construction;
(6) Prepare effective market and business development reports, showing market analysis, forecasts, possibilities, etc.;
(7) Develop long-term cooperation and maintain relationships with state-owned enterprises, private and international customers and partners;
(8) Establish and maintain long-term good relationships with senior management of the Philippine national Government and local government
