Employer - Engineering and Construction company from KL but will be seconded to Manila Philippines

Food, Accommodation and Transport provided
(1) Engineering economics, finance and accounting or business management education background and related work experience;
(2) Rich knowledge reserve, network resources and practical experience in the field of investment and development;
(3) More than 5 years of work experience in project investment and development enterprises or related industries;
(4) Familiar with overseas industrial investment, project investment and financing, with relevant practical experience;
(5) Familiar with national development strategies, able to accurately understand and grasp the direction of national macro policies;
(6) Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, excellent organization and coordination skills, judgment and analysis skills and communication skills;
(7) Can accept long-term overseas work, timely response to customers and team members, can accept overtime;
(8) Understand the approval systems of relevant investment projects, and have participated in more than 2 overseas investment projects of more than 100 million US dollars

Education Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or equivalent

Min 6 years industry experience

Fluent in Mandarin and English

(1) The whole process of information collection, screening, analysis and evaluation, planning and feasibility study, due diligence, cooperation establishment, communication, negotiation, financing, approval, implementation and operation of Philippine investment project development;
(2) Establish relevant business networks, organize and coordinate internal and external resources, establish and maintain investment project alliances, and enhance competitive advantages;
(4) Establish a financial analysis model through field investigation, analyze and demonstrate the feasibility of investment projects and compile relevant reports to promote the implementation of Philippine investment projects;
(5) Put forward reasonable suggestions on equity financing and capital operation plans of investment projects to ensure the smooth completion of project financing;
(6) Participate in the comprehensive management of the department, such as the construction of department rules and regulations
