  • Responsible for end-to-end training administration including printing of training materials and coordination with relevant parties.
  • Conduct HRD Corp Administrative matters related to registration of new training, training evaluation and claims.
  • Communicate and liaise with team of training consultants to ensure effective training, classes and exceptional client experiences is provided to our client.
  • Perform the office administrative functions.
  • Provide onsite event support for registrations, set up and other related assignments when necessary.
  • Maintain good customer relations and close contacts with existing customers including after sales services.
  • Coordinate the schedule appointment, travel arrangement, maintains files and correspondence, compile data and statistical information, organize meeting and special functions.
  • On occasion, for the benefit of the company you may be required to undertake other duties as required by management.
  • Must be willing to work in Damansara Perdana, PJ and have own transport.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
