Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin functions and duties

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Snr Executives and Managers
  • Compiling and updating records as per the dateline
  • To assist in the preparation of the report and presentation
  • To assist to organize, monitor and administer the company HR activities and administrative tasks.
  • To ensure all daily HR and admin operation are executed on a timely basis and comply with company policies.
  • To manage employee biodata, welfare, and benefits.
  • Administer staff claim, overtime, commission, leave records, staff welfare and accommodation and other HR general functions.
  • Maintain accurate personnel data and generate monthly HR reports.
  • Perform other adhoc projects and duties as required.
  • Manage the on/offboarding process. Arrange and liaison with the relevant department to conduct new employee orientation plan, and new employee's HR Induction, setup personnel files, and ensure that all documentation is included and completed.
  • Responsible to ensure payroll data (eg leave, overtime, attendance, etc) is accurate to reflect salaries, overtime, and allowances are paid according to attendance.
  • Responsible for recruitment process, liaise with relevant agency/University for career fair participation.
  • Assist with Employees Engagement program development, and implementation as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Responsible for tenancy agreement and utility and insurance management.
  • Coordinating office activities and admin operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Undertake any adhoc tasks as and when required.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource and administration functions which include manpower sourcing and placement initiatives, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
  • To establish team spirit and healthy company culture among all levels of employees through employee relations programs, counselling, coaching & intervention professionally.
  • Responsible for the smooth operations of HR & Admin in the company according to the Policy and Practices
  • Develops, implements and monitors compensation, benefits programme and packages to ensure
  • To perform other adhoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
