Associate Analyst, Account Management Launch Program Malaysia

The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience.

Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.


Job Description:

  • During your 18 months within Mastercard, your major accountabilities may include:
  • Assist Account Managers to complete routine business processes
  • Create materials for contracts, agreement, pitching/presentation deck under Account Managers' guidance
  • Support Account Managers execute initiatives across multiple business functions
  • Support Account Leads on team activity management and performance tracking
  • Ensure uptodate with the market and industry development, contribute ideas to enhance Mastercard competitive edge
  • Support internal data research and analysis in weekly and monthly base for key accounts
  • Support documentations by preparing for contracts and assisting in processing data for customer review materials

All about you:

Education:

  • Expected graduation between Nov/Dec 2023 and July 202
  • Students pursuing a bachelor's degree or above (all majors welcome to apply)

Key Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
  • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience and Skills needed:

  • Wellrounded individual with significant extracurricular involvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work on a team and independently
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Attention to detail

Languages:

  • English required
  • Home office language (viz. Bahasa Malaysia) a plus
