Ensure that the lobby area is clean, organized, and visually appealing

assist in maintaining security by monitoring the lobby area, reporting any suspicious activities, and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to guest floors

Requirements:

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage:

  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with hotel procedures and services
  • Basic computer literacy for checkin/checkout processes
  • Fluent in the local language, with proficiency in additional languages being an asset
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
