Develops services concerning governance, processes and distribution of data and pricing and reacts to regulation and business changes in a timely manner.
Essential Job Functions:
- Delivers financial, investment, pricing and valuation data according to agreed Standard levels and service scopes working with own team and/or with service providers
- Runs daily business and closes deliverables in terms of reference data, pricing and valuation.
- Reviews all the all predefined global (and group) requirements and controls regarding reference data/ pricing.
- Reviews, designs and drives improvements and automation on all existing processes
- Continuously improves data quality, integrity and consistency in the data supply chain.
- Reviews and supplies regular and ad hoc reconciliation of Investment Information Solutions data and accounting data and ensure it is produced to the highest standard.
- Acts as service owner visàvis stakeholders and as a single point of contact on investment data matters.
- Manages demand and meets all project requirements are aligned to global standards.
- Enables information flows between various teams and team members in terms of processes, incidents, documentation, interaction model or other open topics ensuring transparency.
People Management Accountabilities:
- Creates a trusted and enabled environment where each team member can work at their best.
- Coaches, develops and inspires team members to help individuals reach their full potential
- Coaches and assesses team members in establishing and leading highperforming teams, supporting the teams to reach their full potential.
- Makes the teams aware of what the team's business purpose is and how they deliver on that purpose.
- Leads the functional area, makes the teams aware of what they are required to achieve and how they are performing against their objectives. S
- Sets objectives, reviews performance and provides ongoing formal and informal feedback.
Business Accountabilities:
- Defines, establishes and monitors quality control processes to understand, quantify and mitigate the risks associated with data quality and data timeliness.
- Monitors and reports interface issues occurring in the daily business, in terms of missing or wrong data, to kickoff the resolution process and ensure service delivery.
- Monitors and ensure all topics raised by local and regional stakeholders are resolved in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service goals.
- Researches and understands industry best practices as well as internal business requirements to provide professional advice and to enable user teams
- Provides specialist guidance to internal data partners and to endusers (second level support) to ensure to foster a common understanding and interpretation of data groupwide.
- Drives operational excellence in the team and sets clear performance KPIs to ensure excellent quality of service delivery.
Salary:
RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
