Purchasing Executive

- 進行採購、編譯、談判和評估一般/MRO(機械維修、維護和營運)項目的價格、規格和條款,以支援最佳採購決策。
- 協助解決請求者引發的問題或升級,並確保責任範圍內的所有業務關係均受適當的合約文件管轄。
- 更新 ASL(核准供應商名錄)中新核准的供應商,並進行供應商績效評估,以推薦或從 ASL 中刪除供應商。
- 確保準備好一批經過資格預審和首選的供應商來支援營運需求。
- 與利害關係人進行跨職能協作,以在時間表內成功完成任何資本支出項目。
- 定期對商品數據進行基準測試以確定競爭力。
- 根據與供應商的業務需要,與客戶聯絡,確保準確及時地支付發票。
- 與使用者、供應商和其他人討論有缺陷或不可接受的新商品或服務,以確定問題原因並採取糾正和預防措施。
- 與供應商談判合約、改善價格和業務條款,並審查利用談判和採購最佳實踐工具和方法節省業務的機會。
- 管理供應商以實現具有競爭力的成本、交貨時間、品質和交付績效,並在需要時參與供應商審核。
- 確保所有採購文件都集中歸檔並隨時可用以支援審核。
- 參與交付週期、成本降低等領域的持續改進,以滿足公司和部門的目標/關鍵績效指標(KPI),其中包括風險管理。
- 承擔不時分配的其他職務。
**工作要求**
- 候選人必須至少擁有文憑、高級/高級/研究生文憑、學士學位、研究生文憑、專業學位、經濟學、商業研究/行政/管理、商業或同等學歷。
- 至少 2 年採購和一般採購活動的工作經驗。
- 對供應商的情況有很好的了解,誠信、獨立、足智多謀,能夠在最少的監督下推動和吸引利害關係人。
- 適應快節奏的環境,適應性強,能夠根據不斷變化的優先事項管理工作量。
- 優秀的英語分析、人際溝通、口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 有效的談判和跟進技巧。
- 精通Microsoft Office應用程序,有ERP系統(Oracle)經驗者佳。
- 必須願意在雪蘭莪州英達島工作
