Responsibilities:

  • Surgery Coordinator
  • Customer Care Administrator (CCA)
  • OT preparation for surgery
  • Patient care/management including education
  • Manage patient complaints
  • Patient flow management
  • Management of surgery timing and scheduling
  • Complication management
  • OT housekeeping & maintenance
  • Compliance and maintenance of sterility and safety standards/requirements
  • Control & maintenance of machines, instruments
  • OT administration
  • Surgery planning & scheduling
  • Inventory management dataentry/monitoring/reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors
  • Documentation, recording
  • Statistics and Reports

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate with education background in Nursing Course
  • Need to wear contact lens during work, no visible tattoo
  • Might need to travel once to twice in a week but cover by company
  • No smoking
  • Prefer attitude/personality, cheerful, positive, hardworking, proactive
