Overview:


MAPS Bev SC lead position drives Supply Chain activities to ensure compliance of Quality & Food Safety Standards for our Beverages Bottlers in MAPS.

He/She will support the delivery of new launches, commercialization, productivity, and sustainability pep+ plans along with driving the bottlers SC / manufacturing capability building agenda while intensely interacting with PepsiCo BU cross functional teams / people and tapping into sector & global teams for problem solving and lifting & shifting of PepsiCo Best Practices.


He/ She plan and deliver the 'Start Up Phase' in Supply Chain aligned with overall project timeline of Beverage Manufacturing (franchise and Co-manufacturer) from concentrate/ingredients, processing, production to delivery.

Ensuring an appropriate Indonesia and MAPS Supply Planning and Logistics organizational footprint & ways of working. Manage quality and food safety through collaboration with the franchise bottler related to process. Support commercialization/ qualification of new product innovation and package development. Engage bottler on productivity, projects, sustainability, capacity, Capability building and manage all beverage protocols under PepsiCo to ensure compliance. Improving productivity and performance metrics across the supply chain.


Oversee supply chain for concentrate management in collaboration with Bottlers, & Delivery, Regulatory, Q&FS Compliance, Innovation, Strategic Capacity & Capability Planning.


Responsibilities:

DECISION:

  • Design, implement and maintain overall Supply Chain strategies, programs, capability and transformation aligned to PepsiCo Asia BU SC and Franchise Partner.
  • Approve Supply Chain projects, initiative and performance in accordance to overall Asia BU AOP.

INFORM:

  • Inform on the plant operational performance concerning Concentrate Management, QFS, Projects, Productivity, Sustainability and other relevant changes and updates from PepsiCo.

CONSULT:

  • Consult on CAPA execution and recommend for approval for QFS and Operational concerns.
  • Consult execution on Operational initiatives, projects (CQV), sustainability, QFS, productivity and efficiency in collaboration with PepsiCo, Bottler and other stakeholders.
  • Support Bottlers in coordination with PGCS to ensure timely delivery of concentrates through reinforcement of ontime demand planning and forecasting. Inform and consult in collaboration with PGCS and Bottlers. Consult execution of concentrate order process and shipping in collaboration with PGCS and Bottlers.
  • Supply Chain initiatives that will impact overall performance.

EXECUTE:

  • Monitor and track 3C Performance, AIB in collaboration with PepsiCo and Bottler. Conduct deep dives, assessment and quality audits. Ensure effective implementation of changes in the System e.g. AIB Audit guidelines and processes.
  • Effectively execute Supply Chain Projects, Concentrate Management, Qualification run (CQV) and R&D trial in collaboration with Region/ Global and Bottlers in accordance to QA protocols and specifications.
  • Responsible to ensure Bottlers and PGCS execute specific actions to address any customer related concerns.
  • Responsible for SC Reports and updates.
  • Transformation projects to support Bottler
  • Supply Chain Performance.

Qualifications:

Support Indonesia Supply Chain Lead at the Start Up Phase on related Supply Chain Strategy, Capex, Operations Set Up and Project Management

  • Lead the Indonesia Supply Chain Planning Agenda and translate into annual execution plans
  • Provide leadership on Logistics operations for PepsiCo Indonesia, giving guidance on strategic investment and trade offs on future capacity investments
  • Part of the Indonesia Supply Chain Leadership Team and Project Team, providing ideas and suggestions and aiding decision making to establish and deliver PepsiCo's short
- and long-term business goals.

  • Management, adherence and development of GCS framework for relevant controls
  • Deliver the current year plan across all key Supply Chain KPI's.
  • Drive a strong people agenda role modelling and championing PepsiCo behaviors and values; building a robust talent pipeline with a focus on diversity and inclusion; building supply chain capability; creating a cultural of performance accountability and establishing a customeroriented culture.
