  • Own and drive affiliate S&OP process, implement standardization across APAC to maximize inventory availability without compromising DOH (Days on Hand) and distress inventory.
  • Collaborate with affiliates crossfunctional team to establish inventory holding strategy, safety stock, order frequency, demand variation, minimum shelf life, and lot sequestering, and include in the planning procedures to optimize inventory and product shelf life. Ensure the planning process is robust, scalable & compliant to Abbott's internal audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and develop planning procedures for New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • First escalation point for affiliate leadership in addressing supplyrelated issues.
  • Publish and review monthly metrics against a target on inventory availability, forecast accuracy, and order fulfillment and to measure the performance of our supplier and Demand & Supply planning team members.
  • Support continuous improvement program to drive efficiency and Gross Margin Improvement
  • Collaborate with Area Customer Service & Logistics Head to plan and execute strategic direction for Logistics operation.
  • Manage 3PL warehouse operation, international inbound, and affiliate outbound logistics for the distributor market.
  • Act as the main contact for Global Custom & Trade. Ensure customs regulations are met and monitor custom brokerage performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in integrated supply chain management, 3PL partnerships, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and innovative problemsolving skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in supply chain and warehouse management software and tools.
  • Detailoriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to drive crossfunctional collaboration.
