Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Executive to join our team at Upright Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Operations: Manage and optimize our logistics operations, including payment advice, sales, purchase orders, and master data management.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with external parties, customers, and factories on payment matters, delivery scheduling, and return cargo coordination.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Manage documentation, verify billing, and support customs permit applications.
  • Operations Support: Coordinate and support operations for our sister company, including creditor/stock reconciliations, ERP system management, data entry, debit/credit note issuance, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Background or study in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Relevant work experience is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of SAP and Oracle is an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Willing to be on standby during off days and public holidays as needed. Trilingual ability is an added advantage.
