About the Role

As an E-commerce Channel Manager at UrbanFox, you will be responsible for managing our digital sales channels on various platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and Qoo10. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth and revenue through effective pricing and assortment strategies, as well as managing budgets and forecasting key e-commerce metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Be the key account manager for brands, responsible for managing their digital sales channels on the relevant platform/marketplace.
  • Pricing and Assortment Strategy: Manage the pricing and assortment strategy and co-responsible for P&L as well as managing the given budget.
  • Inventory Management: Creating and verifying purchase requisitions, recommending substitutes, and maximizing team revenues.
  • Logistics and Fulfillment: Scheduling deliveries based on product movement and working with operations to ensure a smooth fulfilment process and the highest customer and consumer experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining records in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Performance Analysis: Forecast, measure and report key e-commerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts, etc
  • Content and Creative Management: Work with content/creative teams on product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands' marketing and promotion plans.
  • Project Management:
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Timely management and execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various channels with brand
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide business reviews, sales reports, purchase orders, inventory forecast and reconciliation to brands
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (brand owners, channels, digital marketing team) to drive digital sales including proposing and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Customer Experience: Work with operations to ensure a smooth fulfilment process and the highest customer experience
  • Cross-Country Accounts Management: Cross-country accounts management as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor
Requirements
  • Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skills: Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Communication: Confident communicator with the ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with large sets of numbers (spreadsheets), analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Specialization: Preferably Executives specializing in E-commerce/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Language: Good written and spoken English.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and good interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Good proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel) and data churning.
  • Warehouse Management: Experience with SAP, WMS or any related Warehouse System is an added advantage.
  • Digital Marketing: Creative thinking in digital marketing ideas is an added advantage.
  • Prior Experience: Prior marketing experience will be a plus.
