FITSON was founded in 1994 and is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) specializing in producing Mother & Baby care products with a 100% export to some of the biggest baby product companies.
What do you need do in this role:
- Window of contact for all customers.
- Planning and executing sales strategies/ Business Development Plan.
- Handle all incoming sales inquiries, complaints, special requests, etc.
- To create and update the list of new prospects regularly.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on presales and postsales quotations to customers/prospects.
- Responsible for overseeing a new product/project by coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Research on product materials, international safety standards, conduct market survey and study on new/existing products in the market.
- Responsible for issuance of Sales Orders upon receipt of customer's purchase orders and informing and assist procurement on any special requests from customers.
- Liaise with customers on product requirements, quantity, quality and payment arrangements.
- Upon PO receive coordinate with Finance department to follow up on customer's payment.
- Responsible for maintaining company's corporate image including website, corporate profile, presentation etc
- To monitor advertising campaigns and provide analysis reports on results.
- Responsible for product marketing through advertisement, public relations, internet, exhibitions, brochures, networking, etc.
- Ensure marketing mediums such as internet website, online catalogues, brochures, placement of advertisements, registrations in trade directories and search engines, etc are updated and maintained on a regular basis.
- To attend conventions, exhibitions, and networking events.
What do you need to success in this role:
- Good time management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Software skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point
- Education qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Work experience: At least 3 years relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in similar industry
- Willingness to work in Senai Ipark.
- Language skills: Good written & verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Malays.
