Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment and selection process such as screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, offering, preparation, and administering the signing of contracts.
  • Complete hiring within the proposed timeline.
  • Discuss with the hiring manager to prepare the job descriptions and understand the hiring requirements
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Coordinate for employees' onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through hiring updates.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment processes such as background checking, etc
  • Deep understanding of HR country policy and able to advise the management
  • Support and advise the regional HR team to manage your own country's HR formalities, labour laws queries, and mandatory employee benefits such as public holiday calendars, leave entitlement, etc
  • Assist to compute manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for management update/ decision making
  • Assist in training activities and projects of the employees
  • Support employee engagement activities in the company
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Respond to external/internal requests for information
  • Perform human resource Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy, and service levels requirements
  • Deal with employee requests regarding your own country Human Resource issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in other assigned duties as required and Adhoc task as per assign by the management.

From RM4,000.00 per month
