Duties and Responsibility: 1.

Managing Ayamas and Rasamas IT network infrastructure, IT security, ERP system, outlets POS system, operation and support for HQ, trading, warehouse, call center and all outlets around Malaysia 2.

Overseeing and managing Company's information technology projects. Coordinate project phrases from development to installation and implementation 3.

Coordinating between departments, users, vendors by undertake and participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time 4.

Recommends, advise and planning information technology strategies by presenting analyze reports and statistics by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements 5.

Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects 6.

Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy by ensuring users adhere by following the procedures requested by management 7.

Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments by contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 8.

Managing IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance 9. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems 10. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
