YOUR TASKS
Local IRB & Custom Authorities/ Consultants

  • Support in providing information required for annual tax return.
  • Bi-Monthly reporting of accurate and timely SST payment & returns.
  • Timely withholding tax payment & returns
External auditors/ reporting

  • Support in statutory reporting and external audit
Vendors

  • Ensure quality maintenance of accounts payable as well as compliance to PtP and procurement policies.
Banks

  • Support in treasury related matters e.g. ensure adequacy of cheques to gateways for customs clearance.
Internal audit or controls

  • CRISP internal control
  • Monthly collection of samples & conduct review with superior.
  • Support in any adhoc cross function ISO/ internal / external audit where applicable.
Other Department Coordinators

  • Coordinate with other departments' coordinators to ensure T&E, Concur, Getlean, PR/PO (GRIR), Basware knowledge are imparted effectively for their execution.
  • Channel vendors or staff enquiries to SSC team.
Review

  • Regular review of Open PO, GRNI, AP Aging, Basware key indicators, Purchasing Compliance Results to ensure good quality of PtP.
Project Management

  • Support any adhoc project/ assignment assigned by Accounting & Tax Manager as and when needed.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Report to Accounting & Tax Manager.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, people development skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly motivated and resultoriented.
  • Software skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP).
  • Experienced Accounting / Finance executive, preferably have worked with Shared Service team.
  • Degree in Accounting/ Professional Certification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
