Responsibilities:

  • To handle and maintain overall office administration
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and documents
  • Issuance of documentation such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Invoice
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and HR adminpistrative
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • To undertake any adhoc task & duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification: STPM/ "A" level/ Diploma.
  • Good command in multilingual (English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin).
  • At least 2 years working experience in the industry environment
  • Is resourceful, proactive and detailoriented with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask and displays strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Preferably applicants who can start work immediately
  • Possesses own transport and is willing to work in Prai, Penang

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
