Tasks & responsibilities

  • Draft commercial contracts, lease, jointventure agreements, partnership agreement, shareholder agreements, merger and acquisition, commercial loan and other commercial and corporate documentation
  • Provide legal opinion on corporate matters
  • Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions
  • Guide clients on regulatory and compliance issues
  • Negotiate deals on behalf of clients
  • Any other tasks when required
Qualifications & experience

  • At least 3 years of working experience preferably as an advocate and solicitor
  • Familiar with areas of laws/legislations such as company law, contracts law, land law, mergers and acquisitions, sales of goods act, consumer protection act
  • Familiar with businessrelated matters, such as property development contracts, business agreements, shareholder agreements, due diligence, debt recovery, etc
  • Familiar with general litigation matters
