With LUXASIA, Finance Manager

What we want you to do...

Prepare Intercompany Reconciliation Reports:

  • Compile and analyze intercompany transactions across various entities.
  • Create comprehensive reports detailing intercompany activities and transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of intercompany data for reporting purposes.

Analyze Variance of Intercompany Transactions:

  • Investigate and analyze discrepancies or variances in intercompany transactions.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any discrepancies.

Issue Intercompany Billing and post Intercompany invoice:

  • Generate and issue intercompany billing statements for recharges on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of billing amounts based on agreed terms and transactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address any billingrelated inquiries or concerns.

Month-End Closing:

  • Assist in the monthend closing process by ensuring intercompany transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Prepare necessary journal entries and adjustments as required.
  • Ensures timely expense recognition (on both sides) for monthend and yearend Intercompany related invoices.
  • Undertake any accounting & reporting requirements and adhoc duties or projects as requested.

Requirements:

  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
  • Good command of English Language both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in SAP knowledge would be advantageous
  • Shared Services Background / International MNC with regional exposure will be advantageous
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work as a team player
  • Proactive, good interpersonal skills, attention to details, meticulous, problem solving skills and performance driven
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
