IT SERVICE DESK LEVEL 1

Location:

Bangsar, near public transport (LRT / Bus)

ROTATIONAL SHIFT BASIS early morning shift, but not graveyard
( 5 days working, 2 off days)

Have own transportation is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • VOICE & NON-VOICE
  • Provide IT support and technical issue resolution for network hardware and software problems for users in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to endusers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Fresh Graduate or No experience is accepted

Fluent in English and Malay

  • Strong knowledge of network hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and customeroriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
