Admin Coordinator

Work Location:
- Inchcape Centre, 2 Pandan Crescent, Singapore 128462
Work Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday: 8.15am 5.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of daily job list, create new order number and parts for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) vehicles
- Creating of purchasing order to supplier, match and input delivery order into system
- Upload vehicles information into system, assign and tag in vehicle unit (IU) number
- Upload registration number of franchises vehicles
- Review delivery date, invoice date and issue exit pass/ flashpay card/ SD card for each new vehicle delivery as per checklist sheet
- Generate monthly invoicing report for registered vehicles
- Support ahhoc reports and tasks assign by PDI Manager
Job requirements
- Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or Businessrelated discipline
- Proficient with MS Office Tool (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn new system for jobs order, creation, delivery order and etc
- Comfortable with routine administrative tasks
- A meticulous and ownership taker to follow through the process to completion
- Good in coordination and organizing skills, a team player who work without supervision
