The primary duties of a Regional Marketing Campaign Manager is in developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with partners in accordance with Involve Asia's overarching objective, goals and strategies.

The role and responsibilities includes but not limited to;

  • Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Work with legal and manage the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms and managing disputes.
  • Monitor agreement validity period for partners and renew when necessary including drafting agreement or NDA according to business model between Involve Asia and partners.
  • Managing and build relationship with strategic partners by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide proper guidance and solutions/ products training session to the team to ensure that they are equipped with sufficient knowledge, this includes guideline, specifications and requirements related to deliverable, FAQ of new solutions/ products that will help the team and attend client meetings when necessary with Sales team to close the deal.
  • Conceptualize, create and/or customize plan and product packages for Sales team to push to the market to increase Involve's revenue.
  • Facilitate and support communication between internal teams, external partners and clients. Be the key driver of the production of deliverables from planning to concept to budget and final delivery of the campaign.
  • Review deliverables at all milestones (internal reviews, client reviews, final version) to ensure materials meet expectations for scope, specifications and client objective.
  • Supports internal team and Clients by proactively providing client updates, ensuring strategy alignment, generating new ideas, and providing postcampaign metrics reports.
  • Support development of Involve's marketing plans and specifications for marketing collateral/media content
  • Plan, strategize, develop, and execute integrated data driven thematic and tactical campaign for Involve Asia by collaborating and aligning with relevant stakeholders. Upon deploying of campaigns, monitor as well as assess the campaign performance and strategize optimization action plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Involve's marketing calendar to ensure timeliness of campaigns and events, ensuring timely execution of marketing material and consistent branding across all marketing literature and ensure consistent look and feel of marketing collateral/mediums as well as liaising with stakeholders for necessary approvals.

Key Requirements**- 5+ years of broad marketing and/or agency experience, and 2+ years' experience in managing client projects/campaigns.

  • Experience in preparing client proposals and client reports.
  • Data driven, analytical critical thinker with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in managing B2B and B2C campaigns are an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with intertwining deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent command of English with good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Well organised, an eye for details and tenacious in character.
  • An innovative team player who is dynamic, motivated and process oriented with the determination to succeed
  • Good at building relationships across a variety of levels
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
