  • Prepare internal and external correspondences including memos, letters, notices, reports & presentations
  • Assist in procurement & expenditure requisition such as sourcing for quotations, tabling comparisons and preparing purchase orders
  • Assist in arranging for appointments/meetings and take notes/minutes where necessary
  • Ensure smooth and running efficiency of the building management office
  • Handling and followup on residents / owners complaints
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as may be reasonably required
