Job Description:

  • Review expense reports in compliance with company policy
  • Provide assistance to employees in expense report submission and attend to employees' inquiries
  • Monitor and review daily transactions/integrations
  • Payment processing to reimburse employees (Automated)
  • Follow up with employees for aged transactions/net debit balance
  • Periodical audit of expense reports
  • Month end closing (manual journal preparation, reconciliations, etc)
  • Support internal/external audits and adhoc requests
  • Preparation of management reporting
  • Perform system upgrades endtoend testing

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with accounting knowledge preferable
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in a multinational organization
  • Portrayal of people management and strong communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Knowledge of Workday and Oracle system an added advantage
  • Mandarin literature is an added advantage.
  • Able to work on late hours if required, especially during month end closing
