Role Description

Responsibilities:

Finance and Accounting:

  • Handle daytoday financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage expense reports.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
  • Other related adhoc tasks assigned by management

Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Other adhoc tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 12 years experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management.
