DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow all relevant operational procedures and instruction and to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Issue materials as per approved procedures to ensure materials issued are as per requisitions received and delivery is made to authorized personnel.
  • Coordinate and participate in special and scheduled stock counts as required.
  • Maintain monthly stock count to ensure the quantity of goods are available.
  • Daily checking on the internal requisition through PMO system and to ensure delivery is made to the specific unit in time.
  • Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
  • Fully incharge, control and responsible in the stock maintenance.
  • Any other relevant task as per requested by the Unit Head/Nurse Manager and Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certificate or Diploma in the relevant field or any equivalent qualification
  • SPM holders with experience will be considered
  • Having experience in the hospital setting will be added advantages
  • Matured & high confident level
  • Meticulous and details working ethics
  • Work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Requires knowledge of computer systems

Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month
