Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Office Admin Clerk to support our daily administrative operations.

This role requires an individual who is proficient in accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks, and who can effectively manage the schedules and needs of the company's director.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative functions including accounting, bookkeeping, quotations, and billing processes.
  • Organize and maintain the company director's schedule, including meetings, travel, and other appointments.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Prepare and submit reports directly to the CEO as required.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and training sessions.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide support in organizing and facilitating company events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative roles, preferably within the events or training industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the director.
  • Flexibility to work overtime during peak business periods.
