Responsible for General Admin of the office.
- Maintain effective & efficient office files & records.
- Managing the cleanliness & pests control of the office.
- Sourcing and liaising with vendors - Cleaner, Building Management, Car Park Management, Telekom Malaysia (TM ), Jantzen, Ricoh, reno contractor, Courier / Delivery company.
- Booking corporate hotels & transport for guests,
- Ensure adequate stationeries, printer & pantry supply.
- Liaising with Spore Finance team with regards to the payment of local invoices.
- Going to the bank to bank in cheque / cash.
- Liaising with local authorities with regards to the business license requirement/statutory compliance.
- Ensuring all equipment in the office are functioning well & report to relevant party for servicing.
- Preparing PO for suppliers (e.g. HCL).
- Reception Duties including answering the Hunting line number, checking the mailbox & prepare
goods/letters for delivery by post & courier.
- Managing the access to the office & CCTV.
- Acting as HSE & fire safety representative for the MY office.
- Assist business managers to organizing internal events like CMEs, seminars, product launch, etc.
- Monitoring vendor working out of office hours (when necessary).
- Managing IT assets.
- Support business managers on sell-in & sell-out data entry monthly (good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel/Pivot table & VLOOKUP is advantage).
- Assist business managers on CRM360 execution.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assign by management/managers from time to time.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM15.00 - RM20.00 per hour
