**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Compile monthly claims from various managers, data entry of receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Providing quality customer service
- Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing and etc
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time. Qualifications
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality
- Able to work independently & multi task
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
