  • Responsible of Full Set accounts (journal entries, AR, AP, GL, FA) operational day to day activities and ensures account are uptodate at all times.
  • Maintain proper records in Accounting System including matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
  • To support month end, quarterly and yearend financial closing and reporting.
  • Diligently follow up with internal department for pending invoice ensure timely processing, documentation & accuracy of payments.
  • Prepare required schedules/report for financial reporting.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • To review and oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • To review and verify the financial statements to ensure the accuracy and compliance with Group policies.
  • To complete the reporting requirements and meet the reporting submission deadline.
  • To analyze the project performance on a monthly basis.
  • To prepare the company annual budget plan and quarterly forecast.
  • To prepare the monthly cash flow projection for the company
  • To implement effective internal controls and compliance with company standard operating procedures.
  • To liaise with auditor taxation, bankers and other institution.
  • Required Skill(s): SQL, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

  • At least 23 years of accounting experiences, audit experience is added advantage.
  • Good software skills, including Excel and other accounting system. Knowledge of SQL accounting software is a must.
  • Selfmotivated, independent, resultdriven and able to work under pressure in a timely manner.
  • Good Personality including organizational, presentable, attention to details and be responsibility
  • Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and flexible with good attitude.
  • Full-Time Positions.
