Lear, a global leader in automotive technology, is seeking a skilled Account Receivable Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process and post sales recognition and cash application in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure accurate bank draft related postings and issue VAT invoices as needed.
  3. Perform monthly sales VAT reconciliations and regular AR reports.
  4. Manage Fapiao and perform VAT verification tasks.
  5. Oversee AR overdues and perform accounts reconciliations for AR sub-ledgers.
  6. Support AR-related projects and perform other financial responsibilities as assigned.
  7. Regularly reconcile AR statements with suppliers.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Account Receivable, handling regional requests.
  3. Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with China stakeholders.
  4. Good understanding and work experience in billing and cash application.
