- Can work in shift rotation (till 10pm)
- Good communication in interpersonal skill and customer skill

Tenant Customer Relation (Customer Service Representative) job description:
- Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems
- Attracts customers by answering service questions and suggesting information about other products and services provided in the mall
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
