- Good communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Make outgoing calls for follow up or updates.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Record details of customer interactions as necessary.
