Overall purpose of the job:

checking all work orders are completed, goods labelling and transferred to the respective warehouse, production data and inventory controlled.


Operations
- _
Main Duties & Responsibilities:_

  • Updated production data
  • Overtime scheduled
  • Barcode labelling on products and tinplate
  • Packing material handling
  • Inventory and PPE controlled
  • Stock take variances investigated
  • Updated stock movement in the system.
  • Manpower movement and accident report handling.
  • To handle documentation and production data such as OEE report, production report, wastage record, MO reporting, etc.
  • To update and display the Daily Production Performance online.
  • Support HR to record Overtime and shift schedules in the system daily.
  • Print barcode label for production department.
  • To control printed and plain tinplate stock.
  • Confirmation of raw materials usage.
  • Confirmation of packaging materials usage.
  • To handle stock receiving and transferring activities.
  • To scan all WIP tinplate for quarterly stock check.
  • Ensure stock take variances are investigated and report to relevant person.
  • To issue stock out of system for production daily orders.
  • To handle waste collection arrangement.
  • Identify and assist in accident report within 24 hours for SOSCO claims.
  • To handle manpower movement report monthly.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by HOD or superior.
  • Manage, coordinate, and support with other departments.

From RM1,600.00 per month
