Initiate discussion with potential tenants; negotiate the lease and other terms and conditions.

  • Liaise closely with interdepartment on matters pertaining to rent and deposit collection, fitout and operations.
  • Establish and maintain a good landlordtenant relationship. Resolve any tenants' concerns and issues soonest possible in the interest of the betterment of the mall.
  • Conduct market research on shopping centers in order to keep abreast with retail property developments in the market from time to time.
  • To achieve maximum occupancy and lease target for Econsave before and after opening.
  • To update leasing reports or other relevant related tenancy issues/ terms and conditions and etc.
  • To coordinate and arrange for site viewing/ vacant lot viewing with prospective tenants from time to time.
  • To coordinate on the takeover and handover of the leased of demised premises for fitout arrangement.
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Must willing to travel interstate from time to time
  • Language required: English, Bahasa. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
