_(job responsibilities)_- To take lead in Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives for the department, with on-going contribution of ideas & support and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet internal goals and regulatory requirements.- Responsible to develop and maintain SOPs based on ESG framework of data management and automation- Manage end-to-end project management activities eg project planning, scoping, risk & issues resolution, tracking, relationship management and documentation.- Identify, propose and implement improvement opportunities on process, people & system.- Review, monitor and update existing processes and procedures with alignment to internal guidelines and policies.

Participate in periodic compliance review.- Assist in other strategic initiatives/ research/ assignments as required by management

Education/Qualification- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Banking, Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines

Experience- At least 6 years of related working experience- Experience with programming (ie SQL, Python, SAS) and BI tools (ie Tableau and Power BI) is advantageous- Experience in project management- Exposed to ESG strategy, frameworks and policies- Able to work across business units- Embrace diversity, inclusivity and fun within the team
