Marketing Communications Role

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive business growth and product awareness for Samsung Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing communications plans, including advertising, promotions, digital, and public relations.
  • Formulate and execute marketing campaigns for ATL and On-ground initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies.
  • Negotiate with external partners, including press, magazines, online, POSM, outdoor, events, and PR agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative, and media partners to ensure effective communication and campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective fund utilization.
  • Support seasonal campaigns and promotional activities as required.
  • Assist in marketing events and exhibitions as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent. Candidates with advertising agency background or from Telecommunication and FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer industry marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Creative and innovative team player, able to work under tight schedules and in a fast-paced environment.
