The Marketing Communications Specialist will create engaging content and manage key marketing initiatives.     • Develop engaging content for electronic direct mail (EDMs), LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  • Customer Meetings & Internal Communications
    • Handle customer engagements and manage internal communications, including festival posts and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Corporate Branding
    • Enhance the company's corporate image through planning company activities, branding efforts, and promoting success stories.
  • Marketing Collateral
    • Oversee the planning and design of marketing materials (T-shirts, banners, printables), liaise with vendors for final approval.
  • Work Environment
    • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible start times.
    • Dress Code: Smart casual attire is expected, with formal attire for office events.

  • About the ideal candidate
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a related field.
    • Experience in digital marketing, particularly with social media and email marketing strategies.
    • Proven track record in developing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and corporate communications.
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Familiarity with handling customer meetings and managing internal communications to ensure alignment across teams.
    • Ability to collaborate with external vendors for the design and production of marketing materials, including T-shirts, banners, and printables.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
    • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
