JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Attend to customer enquiries from multiple platforms
  • Conduct customer service survey and prepare monthly survey reports
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Arrange distribution of retail operation inventory supplies
  • Responsible for the administration and human resource related matters
  • Provide administrative support to the company, such as purchase, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment & fixed assets
  • Ensure all related documents and records are properly filed up and wellmaintained
  • Prepare marketing materials and update price labels from time to time
  • Assist in any adhoc assignments from the management

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
