Our sister brand, Art In Card specialises in customizing all sorts of cards such as ready-made wedding stationery, party, and quotes cards, etc.

Now, we are expanding the Art In Card team and looking forward to taking it to the next level with you

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:
Process online orders, pick and pack products accurately, and prepare shipments for delivery.

Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate team members.

Shipping Coordination:
Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle any shipping-related issues or inquiries.

Graphic Design:

Assist with the creation of artwork and visual assets for our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and product packaging.

This may include designing product images, banners, promotional graphics, and more.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure all graphic materials align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.

Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on packed orders and printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Knowledge of shipping processes and regulations is a plus.

  • Experience in the design industry is an asset (but love for wedding stationery is a must).
