Reporting to HR & Admin Officer.

  • Responsible for monitoring of all physical stocks, store arrangement and also stock ledger update in system and/or manual records.
  • Responsible to record for all Company Small Value Assets, tooling and equipment for each and every time removal and return from Company building / places from time to time and / or each project at specific location/ site.
  • Responsible to update & safe guard record for all ISO Calibration matters, documentation & filling soft copy & hard copy of original Certificates.
  • Maintain proper record for Company Fixed assets & monitoring control, including but not limited to prepare yearly Fixed assets depreciation schedule, Software License Key, Domain Server, QNAP Server, Desktop and laptop log in details, staff hostel furniture & electricals, company car services/maintenance and also car user record book.
  • Assist in daytoday office administration including of telephone calls answering, postage/ courier, incoming and outgoing mail, office keys, stationeries, main excess door/grill for outsider, CCTV & all company documentation.
  • Filing paper records and maintaining electronic records of all types of ISO and financial transactions, maintaining filing of all paper works (Hard Copy) and electronic files (Soft copy) in company servers.
  • Responsible in the Company's ISO and QAQC implementation plan, which including but not limited to planning, implementation, monitoring of practices, certification processes, and etc.
  • Responsible for the company ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 time to time update and ISO & OSHAH fulfilment.
  • Responsible for office cleaning, repair and / or maintenance, rental, utilities, CCTV, telephone, internet, mobile phone, Fujifilm ID control, printer & scanner, Coway water dispenser, routine services, stationery, sundries, pantry stuffs top up and staff hostel's Invoices then compile all billing submit finance for payment purposes.
  • To execute any other tasks, duties or responsibilities on ad hoc basis as instructed by the superior and the Management which is not mentioned here otherwise.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
