1) Maintain a systematic filling system & safe keeping of important and confidential company documents.

2)Prepare documention for goverment statutory.

3)Handle trade order processing, shipping document and shipment related operation.

5)Tracking vessel and container (ETA/ETD).

6)Well versed with import/export shipment preparations,arrangement and document according to the letter of Credit requirement.

7)Update and record the shipment import and export data.

8)Screening phone call, arranging appointment for Director.

9) Admin task.
