L2 Desktop Support - TRX
1 year contract
Working days: 2 days a week

Salary:
RM400 per day / RM3200 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Level 2 end user support which include diagnosing, identifying, resolving end user reported IT equipment issues
  • Replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues
  • Effective escalation of complex issues to next level for assistance in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
  • Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and basic software.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in IT or higher qualification.
  • Computer troubleshooting
  • Handling Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
  • Performing Hardware Installation
  • Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
  • Printer support
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
  • Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills

Job Types:
Contract, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
Up to RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tun Razak Exchange: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (preferred)
