1. Administration of Desktop, Server, Network Device, IT peripherals (including Network Switches, Access Points, RF Scanners, Mobile Printers, Smartboard TV, printers, Video conferencing system etc.)

  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, and other related with IT compliance equipment.
  • Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Working knowledge of GPOs, AD Sites, Replication Topology, and native AD troubleshooting tools.
  • Inventory and asset management of hardware, software, licenses, etc.
  • To keep track of inventories and ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements.
  • Proactively addressing IT infrastructure issues that arise
  • Maintain IT quality service by establish and enforced compliance standard.
  • To coordinate and manage outsource vendors to ensure mínimal downtime and continuous support.
  • Responsible for security engineering in the area of endpoint security / client security (Windows, IOT devices/printers, etc.)
  • To stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure systems and cloud computing and make recommendations for new services or platforms when appropriate.
  • Source for IT solution to support business operation if needed and provide support to the current system.
  • Execute any other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM4,399.00 per month
